本規約は、日本語を正文とします。本規約の英語版は、利用者の便宜のためにのみ提供されるものであり、日本語版と英語版との間に矛盾又は相違がある場合は、常に日本語版の規定が優先して適用されるものとします。

The Japanese version of these Terms of Use shall be the original and governing instrument. The English version is provided for convenience only. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail and govern.
